But does a Baby Tylenol need to be defective to be dangerous? Anything containing acetaminophen can be dangerous by itself. It attacks the liver. Too much acetaminophen can kill an adult by causing total liver failure. OTC drugs containing acetaminophen cause more ER than any other pharmaceutical.
